1General Rules & Introduction

Robbet (robbet.ws) is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and South Asia. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Robbet and its users.

By logging in or registering on Robbet, you confirm that:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are of sound mind and are entering into this agreement voluntarily.
• Online betting is legal in your region.
• You are playing with your own funds, not on behalf of anyone else.

2Account Rules

Registration

To register on Robbet, you must provide accurate personal information — including your name, mobile number, date of birth, and email address. Accounts created with false details may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account on Robbet. Multiple accounts under the same individual, multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, or multiple family members sharing the same device may be flagged as suspicious.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Robbet is not liable for any unauthorized activity on your account, unless it is proven to have resulted from Robbet's own negligence.

3Deposits & Payments

Payment methods currently accepted on Robbet:

Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Any deposit received from a third-party account will be returned, and the associated account may be subject to investigation.

4Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from Robbet:

• KYC Completed: KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Minimum Amount: Each withdrawal request must be for a minimum of ৳500.
• Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the deposit.
• Active Betting: You cannot withdraw funds based solely on a deposit — at least one bet or game must be played.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes. For large amounts or suspicious activity, Robbet reserves the right to conduct additional verification, which may take up to 48 hours.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

To enjoy Robbet's bonus program, the following rules must be followed:

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the bonus page.
• Not all games are eligible for bonus wagering — live games and certain titles may contribute at a different rate.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of claiming a bonus, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Robbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at its discretion.

6Betting Rules

There are a few general rules that apply to all betting on Robbet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in certain specific circumstances.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Robbet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• There may be a slight delay in live betting — Robbet is not responsible for any issues caused by your internet connection.

Maximum Win Limit

Robbet sets a maximum win limit per bet and per day. This limit may vary by betting category. Contact the Help Centre for details.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Robbet:

• Use of bots or automated software — Use of automated systems in games or betting.
• Odds Arbitrage — Strategically minimizing losses to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering — Attempting to launder money through betting.
• Fraudulent Information — Providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Multiple Accounts — Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Hacking or System Exploitation — Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the Robbet platform.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Robbet may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification.
• Self-exclusion or responsible gaming features available upon user request.
• Suspicious financial activity.

In the event of account closure, Robbet will return any remaining balance — unless the closure is due to prohibited activity.

9Limitation of Liability

Robbet is not liable for the following:

• Bets or games lost due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by third-party software or device issues.
• Account hacking or data theft resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses from gaming — betting carries risk and winning is never guaranteed.

10Right to Modify Terms

Robbet may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
